That is my favorite sandwich - when it’s done right. There are plenty of terrible Reubens put there. The best I’ve had was from a restaurant right across from Madison square gardens. The last time I was in NY, I discovered they were renovating the building and the restaurant was gone. Goodbye, Reuben. You shall be missed.

One time when I was in the midwest I found a Loaded Baked Potato pringle and it was heavenly but I can’t find it back home and I still think about it sometimes.

My mom makes this hors d’oeuvre that’s like a tiny open face ruebe n on those little cocktail rye squares and I could literally eat a whole plate of them.
